Kowhai's Cross Country Champions

Last Wednesday the Middle and Senior School went to Southbrook Park for the Southbrook School Cross Country.

The Kowhai Kids have some lightening fast runners. We are very proud of them.

Ellie came 3^rd place for the Year 3/4 girls.

 

 

Harry came 1^st place for the Year 3/4 boys.

 

Heath came 3^rd place for the Year 3/4 boys.

 

Vegetable Go Karts

 

Now we have decided to try making Go Karts out of Vegetables (and some fruit). How knew that vegetables make some very cool Go Karts.

Lego Go Karts

Our Middle School is currently working on an Inquiry Unit on Kiwi Ingenuity. We are building up to making our own Go Karts. We have been practising on making Lego Go Karts and decided to race then in class. There are some very talented Lego Go Kart Masters in Kowhai.
